Online Orders – 30-Day Return Policy
- Returns are permitted within 30 days of sale and are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
- The product must be returned in original condition, unused, in original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the Purchaser.
- Stagestep may refuse to credit any amount if the returned item has been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
- All Pre-Cut Dance Floors and close-out sales are final and not returnable unless damaged during shipment.
Flooring Orders by Freight- All Returns Requests must be received within 72 hours of receipt
Should a customer have an issue with flooring orders shipped by freight, they must notify Stagestep either by email or phone within 72 hours of receipt. An explanation for a request for a replacement or return should be provided along with a photo clearly showing specific issue. It will then be determined if a Return Authorization Number will be issued.
Examples of Authorized Returns include:
- Damage occurring shipping
- Wrong product shipped.
In these instances, Stagestep will replace the product at no charge to the customer.
Should manufacturers defects be suspected, customers are kindly directed to file a claim form. All Claims will be reviewed in a timely manner
All other returns will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Return freight will be the sole responsibility of the Customer. Note that the product being returned must be properly packaged and received in its original condition.
All Pre-Cut Home` Dance Floors and Close-out/Discontinued sales are final and non-returnable unless damaged during shipment.
